Track people and companies you meet with across all your meetings.

How It Works

IceCubes automatically builds a contact database from calendar attendees and meeting participants. You can see:

  • All people you've met with
  • How many meetings with each person
  • Organizations based on email domains
  • Meeting history for each contact

Contacts Page

The Contacts page shows:

  • Contact name and email
  • Number of meetings
  • First and last meeting dates
  • Organization (company) based on email domain

Organizations

Contacts are automatically grouped by email domain (e.g., everyone @acme.com is grouped under "acme.com").

  • See all contacts at a company
  • Total meetings with that organization
  • Filter meetings by organization

Viewing Contact Details

  1. Go to the Contacts page
  2. Click on any contact
  3. See all meetings with that person
  4. View their organization and colleagues

Data Sources

  • Calendar: Event attendees are imported as contacts
  • Meetings: Transcript speakers (if email known)
  • Action items: Assignees are added as contacts

Privacy

  • Contacts are private to your account
  • Only you see your contact database
  • Each organization member has their own contacts
