Automatic Sync

Once connected, IceCubes automatically syncs meeting data after each call ends. No manual steps required.

How Integrations Work

IceCubes CRM integrations follow a simple flow:

  1. Connect your CRM account via OAuth in Settings
  2. Configure what to sync (meetings, insights, action items)
  3. Meet as usual — IceCubes captures your transcript
  4. Auto-sync happens after the meeting ends and AI processing completes

What Gets Synced

  • Meeting Engagements — Logged with title, duration, attendees, and AI-generated summary
  • Insights Notes — Competitor mentions, objections, MEDDIC signals, and other key moments
  • Action Item Tasks — Each action item becomes a task in your CRM with priority and due date

Available Integrations

Participant Matching

All integrations use the same matching algorithm to connect meeting participants to CRM records:

  1. Collect participant emails from the calendar event
  2. Filter out internal participants (your organization's verified domains)
  3. Search for CRM contacts by exact email match
  4. Look up associated companies and open deals
  5. Associate all synced records with the matched contacts, companies, and deals
