Meeting Notes
Add notes to meetings that can be private or shared with your organization.
Adding Notes
- Open any meeting
- Go to the "Notes" tab
- Type or paste your notes
- Notes auto-save as you type
Notes Visibility
You can control who sees your notes:

| Private | Only you (meeting owner) |
| Organization | Organization members with meeting access |
Default Visibility
- Personal meetings: Always private
- Organization meetings: Default to "Organization" (shared)
Changing Visibility
- Go to meeting settings
- Find "Notes Visibility"
- Select "Private" or "Organization"
Use Cases
- Private notes: Personal reminders, sensitive observations
- Shared notes: Meeting minutes, decisions, team reference
