Meeting Notes

Add notes to meetings that can be private or shared with your organization.

Adding Notes

  1. Open any meeting
  2. Go to the "Notes" tab
  3. Type or paste your notes
  4. Notes auto-save as you type

Notes Visibility

You can control who sees your notes:

PrivateOnly you (meeting owner)
OrganizationOrganization members with meeting access

Default Visibility

  • Personal meetings: Always private
  • Organization meetings: Default to "Organization" (shared)

Changing Visibility

  1. Go to meeting settings
  2. Find "Notes Visibility"
  3. Select "Private" or "Organization"

Use Cases

  • Private notes: Personal reminders, sensitive observations
  • Shared notes: Meeting minutes, decisions, team reference
