Next Steps Detection
IceCubes automatically identifies follow-up commitments, meeting scheduling, and action items mentioned during your sales conversations.
What Gets Detected
Next Steps detection looks for verbal commitments and action items, including:
- Follow-up commitments: "I'll send you the proposal"
- Meeting scheduling: "Let's set up a call next week"
- Information requests: "Can you send me pricing details?"
- Demo/trial offers: "I'll set up a demo for your team"
- Internal actions: "Let me check with our engineering team"
Suggested Actions
For Next Steps, IceCubes also suggests the type of action needed:

Schedule Meeting

Create Task

From Insights to Action Items
Detected Next Steps can be converted into Action Items:
- View the Insights tab in a meeting
- Find a Next Step insight
- Click Create Task to add it as an action item
- Assign to a team member and set a due date
Tip: Don't Miss Follow-Ups
Review Next Steps immediately after each call. Converting them to action items with due dates ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
