Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from Settings > Billing. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your billing period.
New users get 50 AI credits in their first month, plus access to Multi-Meeting AI Chat. After the first month, upgrade to any paid plan to continue using AI features. Transcription and integrations remain free forever.
Your existing transcripts, summaries, and all data remain accessible. You just can't generate new AI content until credits reset at the start of your next billing period, or you upgrade.
Each of these uses 1 credit: generating a summary, extracting action items & next steps, extracting sales insights, or sending a message in AI chat. Auto-generate on meeting end uses 1 credit per content type (e.g. summary + next steps + insights = 3 credits).
