Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from Settings > Billing. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your billing period.
Your existing transcripts, summaries, and all data remain accessible. You just can't generate new AI content until credits reset at the start of your next billing period, or you upgrade.
Each of these uses 1 credit: generating a summary, extracting action items & next steps, extracting sales insights, or sending a message in AI chat. Auto-generate on meeting end uses 1 credit per content type (e.g. summary + next steps + insights = 3 credits).
