Tracking Progress
Monitor action items across all your meetings, mark tasks complete, and keep your task list organized.
Viewing Your Action Items
Access action items from two places:
- Action Items page: All action items across all meetings
- Meeting Next Steps tab: AI-generated action items for a specific meeting
Filtering Options
| Filter | Shows |

| Assigned to me | Tasks where you are the assignee |
| Created by me | Tasks you created |
Marking Tasks Complete
- Click the checkbox next to any task
- The task is marked as completed
- Completed tasks remain visible but appear checked off
Both the creator and assignee can mark a task complete.
Editing Tasks
You can edit:
- Task text: Click to edit the description
- Assignee: Change who's responsible
- Due date: Update the deadline
Edit history is tracked so you can see what changed and when.
Deleting Tasks
To remove an action item:
- Open the action item
- Click the delete/trash icon
- Confirm deletion
Deleted tasks are removed permanently. Consider marking as complete instead if you want to keep a record.
Creating Manual Tasks
From the Action Items page, click "New Task" to create a task manually. This is useful for:
- Tasks AI didn't detect
- Tasks you think of later
- Tasks that came up in chat rather than voice
Understanding Task Sources
Each task shows its source:
- AI: Generated by AI summary
- Manual: Created by a user
This helps you understand how comprehensive the AI detection was for each meeting.

Best Practices
- Review regularly: Check your action items daily or weekly
- Complete promptly: Mark done as soon as you finish
- Clean up: Delete or complete outdated tasks
- Use filters: Focus on "Assigned to me" for your personal queue
- Update due dates: Adjust if priorities change
