Highlights

Mark important sections of transcripts with color-coded highlights for easy reference.

Creating Highlights

  1. Select text in the transcript by clicking and dragging
  2. Choose a highlight color from the popup
  3. Optionally add a note to explain why it's important
  4. Click to confirm

Highlight Colors

  • Yellow - General importance
  • Green - Decisions made
  • Blue - Questions/follow-ups
  • Pink - Action required
  • Purple - Key insights

Viewing Highlights

Highlights appear directly in the transcript and in a dedicated highlights panel showing all marked sections.

Managing Highlights

  • Edit note: Click on a highlight to update its note
  • Change color: Select a different color from the options
  • Delete: Remove highlights you no longer need

Team Visibility

Highlights are visible to all users who have access to the meeting, enabling collaborative annotation of important content.
