Mark important sections of transcripts with color-coded highlights for easy reference.
Creating Highlights
- Select text in the transcript by clicking and dragging
- Choose a highlight color from the popup
- Optionally add a note to explain why it's important
- Click to confirm
Highlight Colors
- Yellow - General importance
- Green - Decisions made
- Blue - Questions/follow-ups
- Pink - Action required
- Purple - Key insights
Viewing Highlights
Highlights appear directly in the transcript and in a dedicated highlights panel showing all marked sections.
Managing Highlights
- Edit note: Click on a highlight to update its note
- Change color: Select a different color from the options
- Delete: Remove highlights you no longer need
Team Visibility
Highlights are visible to all users who have access to the meeting, enabling collaborative annotation of important content.
