Multi-Meeting AI Chat
Deep research across your meetings. Ask questions that span multiple conversations, compare discussions, track how topics evolve, and surface insights you'd never find reviewing meetings one at a time.
Starter Plan & Above
Multi-Meeting AI Chat is available on Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans. Each message uses 1 AI credit. See Billing & AI Credits for details.
What Is Multi-Meeting AI Chat?
Single-meeting chat lets you ask questions about one meeting at a time. Multi-Meeting AI Chat removes that limit — add up to 15 meetings to a single chat session and ask questions across all of them at once.
Think of it as deep research for your meetings:
- Track a deal across calls — "How has the prospect's sentiment changed over the last 3 calls?"
- Compare discussions — "What did each stakeholder say about the timeline?"
- Find contradictions — "Were there any conflicting statements between these meetings?"
- Build a decision timeline — "List every decision made chronologically across all meetings."
- Aggregate action items — "What action items are still open across all these calls?"
How It Works
Create a Session
Open AI Chat from the sidebar and create a new chat session.
Add Meetings
Search and add up to 15 meetings. Filter by title or Smart Tags to find the right ones.
Ask Anything
Ask questions that span all selected meetings. The AI retrieves only the relevant context.
Smart Retrieval
Multi-Meeting AI Chat doesn't just dump all your transcripts into a prompt. It uses a smart retrieval pipeline that analyzes your question, figures out which meetings and sections are relevant, and fetches only what's needed. This means faster, more accurate answers — even with 15 meetings loaded.
The AI adapts its approach based on your question:
Specific Questions
"What was decided about the Q3 launch date?" — searches for relevant transcript segments across your meetings and returns precise answers.
Broad Summaries
"Give me an overview of all meetings this week" — uses pre-generated summaries and key points for a high-level synthesis.
Comparisons
"How did the client's concerns change between the first and third call?" — pulls relevant context from each meeting to draw comparisons.
Quick Prompts
Not sure where to start? Use the built-in quick prompts to get going:
| Prompt | What It Does |
|---|---|
| Summary | Comprehensive summary across all selected meetings |
| Action Items | Lists all action items and who they were assigned to |
| Key Insights | Key takeaways and insights from across meetings |
| Compare Discussions | How topics and conversations evolved over time |
| Find Contradictions | Spots conflicting statements between meetings |
| Decision Timeline | Chronological list of every decision made |
| Follow-up Tracking | Tracks which follow-ups were mentioned and whether they were addressed |
Session Management
Each chat session is persisted — your conversation history, selected meetings, and context are saved so you can pick up where you left off.
- Multiple sessions: Create as many sessions as you need, each with different meetings
- Rename sessions: Click the session title to give it a meaningful name
- Search sessions: Find past sessions by title or message content
- Add or remove meetings: Adjust the meeting set in any session at any time
Use Cases
Deal Review
Add all calls for a deal and ask: "What are the remaining objections and what has the prospect committed to?"
Weekly Standup Digest
Add your week's standups and ask for a consolidated status update with blockers and progress.
Onboarding Research
Joining a project mid-stream? Add the last several meetings and ask for a catch-up summary of key decisions and open items.
Competitive Intelligence
Pull sales calls where competitors were mentioned and ask: "What are prospects comparing us against and why?"
Tips for Better Results
- Be specific: "What pricing concerns were raised in the last 3 calls with Acme?" works better than "Tell me about pricing"
- Use Smart Tags to curate: Tag meetings by deal, project, or topic, then use tag filters in the meeting picker to quickly find the right set
- Start broad, then drill down: Ask for a summary first, then follow up with specific questions about what catches your attention
- Keep sessions focused: A session with 5 meetings from one deal will give better answers than 15 random meetings
