Smarter Live Assist — Live Assist now detects 7 types of conversation moments: questions, objections, concerns, feature inquiries, competitive mentions, pricing pushback, and general topics. Each result shows a color-coded category badge and the speaker's name.

Speaker awareness — Live Assist knows who's on your team and who's external. Topics from prospects and customers are prioritized, and answers are tailored accordingly. Uses your organization's verified domains.

Default knowledge base — Set a default KB in Settings > Live Assist (star icon) so it's automatically selected during every meeting. Switch mid-call without changing the default.

Better deduplication — Live Assist won't show the same topic twice, even if it comes up in different words during the meeting.

Simpler KB selection — The Assist tab now lets you pick one knowledge base at a time for clearer, more focused results.

Action item comments — Add comments and @mentions directly on action items to discuss progress and coordinate with your team.
